Viva Energy REIT Limited Changes Its Name To Waypoint REIT Limited
May 15, 2020 — Viva Energy REIT announced that the change of name of “Viva Energy REIT Limited” to “Waypoint REIT Limited” was approved by Viva Energy REIT securityholders at the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2020 and has now been registered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
VER Limited in its capacity as responsible entity of the Viva Energy REIT Trust has also changed the name of “Viva Energy REIT Trust” to “Waypoint REIT Trust”.
The effective date for the change to Viva Energy REIT’s ASX ticker code from “VVR” to “WPR” will be Monday, 18 May 2020.
Viva Energy REIT is Australia’s largest listed REIT owning solely service station and convenience retail properties with a high quality portfolio of properties across all Australian States and mainland Territories.
