Oct 28, 2023 – Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT)’s net property income climbed 1.1% to S$130 million while distribution-per-unit eased 1.2% to 6.02 Singapore cents for the six-month period from April 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, according to a company statement.
The trust’s manager expects interest rate movements and rising operating expenses to remain the key factors affecting FCT’s performance. Barring unforeseen circumstances, it expects the average cost of borrowing for FCT to be above 4%.
