Axis REIT Announces Acquisition Plans For Johor Property

March 16, 2021 – Axis REIT announced in a disclosure that they have entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Xin Hwa Trading & Transport Sdn. Bhd. to acquire a property.

The total lump sum cash consideration is RM75 million (US$18.24 million).

The subject Property is located within Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, which is one of the established industrial areas in Johor. The Property is also located within the same row of Axis-REIT’s Kerry Warehouse.
