Oct 20, 2023 – Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust has acquired two nursing homes in the Osaka Prefecture — HIBISU Shirokita Koendori and HIBISU Suita for 1.77 billion yen (S$16.4 million), its manager said in a statement.
The acquisition will be made at 11.9% below valuation and is expected to be completed by Q4 2023, bringing Parkway Life REIT’s Japan portfolio to 59 properties, totalling S$710.7 million in value.
