Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation Increases Commitment Line’s Maximum Amount
February 11, 2020 — Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation announced that it has changed the maximum loan amount for the commitment line agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from 3 billion yen to 5 billion yen.
The Investment Corporation has decided to establish a commitment line in order to continuously secure stable financial ground in preparation of acquisitions of specified assets, refinancing risk, and others.
