CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust Posts Net Property Income Of RM39.4 M (US$9.03 M) For 1Q 2020
May 25, 2020- CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust (CMMT), announced today a net property income (NPI) of RM39.4 million for the quarter 1 January to 31 March 2020 (1Q 2020), 25.4% lower than the same period last year. This was mainly attributed to the 14-day rental waiver from 18 to 31 March 2020 granted to Affected Tenants. Distributable income for the quarter was RM20.1 million and distribution per unit (DPU) was 0.98 sen.
