Sabana REIT Reports 85.2% Portfolio Occupancy In Q1

April 21, 2022 – Sabana REIT reported business updates for its operations in the first quarter of the year, citing “healthy” portfolio occupancy in the first three months of the year.

Sabana REIT said its portfolio occupancy hit 85.2% during the period. Exclusing 1 Tuas Avenue 4, which is marked for redevelopment, occupancy would have been 88.2%.

The REIT also reported the signing of 11,786 square feet of new leases for the period and the renewal of 208,633 square feet of leases.
