February 12, 2020 — Prime US REIT, through KBS Realty Advisors, LLC, has entered into a purchase agreement with GV/HI Park Tower Owner, LLC to acquire the property known as Park Tower.
The property is located at 980 9th Street and 1010 8th Street, Sacramento, California.
