OUE C-REIT Q3 Distribution Down 13% to S$26M
Nov 3, 2022 – The manager of OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (OUE C-REIT), announced that net property income for the financial period 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 (Q3) increased 4.4% year-on-year to S$48.3 million. However, the amount available for distribution fell 13.3% year-on-year to S$26 million due to lower income from OUE Downtown Office and higher interest expense. Read more here.
