Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust Announces Issue Price Of New Units Under Its Distribution Reinvestment Plan
29 January 2020 — Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (MNACT), in relation to the application of the distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019, announced that the issue price of the new units in to be issued under the DRP is S$1.1884 per Unit.
The issue price represents a 1.5% discount to the adjusted volume-weighted average traded price per Unit for all trades on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for each of the Market Days during the period of 10 Market Days prior to and ending on the books closure date of 28 January 2020.
