Macquarie Group Becomes Substantial Shareholder in Australia’s Ingenia Communities; Cohen & Steers Adds Shares

May 1, 2023 – Macquarie Group became a substantial shareholder of Ingenia Communities, an Australian-listed residential developer, on April 21, according to a stock exchange release. Cohen & Steers also added units. On April 20, Ingenia announced the appointment of Justin Mitchell to the position of Chief Financial Officer in July

His prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Mirvac and CFO of Commsec, Business Banking (Corporate, Small Business, and Agribusiness) and Business Banking Products at Commonwealth Bank. He is currently CFO at 151 Property.
