LMIR Trust Reports Q3 Net Income Growth, DPU Unchanged
Nov 9, 2022 – Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) reported rental revenue and gross revenue growth of 68.6% and 67.4% year-on-year to S$29.9 million and S$51.7 million respectively, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022 (Q32022).
Net property income for the period was up 89.7% year-on-year to S$32.8 million following a net reversal of allowance for impairment loss on trade receivables as collection of rentals from tenants continued to improve
For the quarter under review, the Trust reported a distribution to unitholders of S$6.9 million and distribution per unit of 0.09 Singapore cents, same as those reported for Q3 2021.
