Link REIT Announces Acquisition of 50% Interest in Shanghai Property

February 26, 2021 – Link REIT announced that it has acquired a 50% equity interest in Qibao Vanke Plaza for a consideration of RMB 2.78 billion (US$428.6 million).

This is Link REIT’s sixth investment in mainland China and its first retail property investment in Shanghai.

The property was completed in 2016 with a gross floor area of 233,872 sqm, with two levels of carpark and 6 floors dedicated to retail space.
