May 31, 2023 – Japan Excellent, Inc said in a statement that it has agreed to lease SE Sapporo Building to Neo First Life Insurance, a sponsor-related company at an undisclosed rent. The lease will run from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2025, and the total; lease area is 337,866.69 square metres.
Its sponsors include Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate, Dai-ichi Life Insurance and Mizuho Bank.
