Invincible Investment Corporation Assures of Property Integrity Amid Big Japan Earthquake

February 15, 2021 – Invincible Investment Corporation issed a notice on Monday, concerning the Fukushima earthquare that struck Japan over the weekend.

“With respect to an earthquake off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture with a magnitude of 7.1 (an upper 6 on the Japanese intensity scale of 7 observed in Fukushima Prefecture) which occurred at 11:08 p.m. on February 13, 2021, there are no reports of damage to the assets owned by Invincible Investment Corporation (“INV”) that would have an impact on INV’s business outlook as of 10:00 a.m. today,” the REIT said.

INV owns one hotel in Iwate Prefecture, two residences and one retail property in Miyagi Prefecture, one retail property in Fukushima Prefecture, and two hotels in Tochigi Prefecture.
