GPT Group Announces Appointment Of New Director
May 13, 2020 — The GPT Group (GPT) announced that it has appointed Mr Robert Whitfield as a Non- Executive Director with effect from 14 May 2020.
GPT Chairman Vickki McFadden said: “We are very pleased to welcome Rob to the Board. Rob’s appointment continues our process of Board renewal and Rob’s extensive experience in banking, finance and the public sector will be a most valuable contribution to the Board enhancing the Board’s skills and experience.”
As set out in the Notice of Meeting for the Group’s AGM, following the appointment of Mr Whitfield, it is intended that Mr Gene Tilbrook will retire as a director of the GPT Group by the end of this calendar year.
