Fukuoka REIT Asset Manager Appoints New Director
May 29, 2020 — Fukuoka REIT Corporation (FRC) announced the details of the retirement of a director at Fukuoka Realty Co., Ltd. (FR), a licensed asset management company retained by FRC to provide asset management services, as well as a resolution made at FR’s Board of Directors’ meeting held on May 28, 2020, to propose the following candidate as a new director for consideration at the 17th general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 25, 2020, as described below.
1. Retired Director at Asset Management Company (as of June 25, 2020) Director (Non-Executive) Yoshiro Watanabe
2. Appointed Director at Asset Management Company (as of June 25, 2020) Director (Non-Executive) Noboru Hashimoto

Regarding the above changes, FRC will follow procedures required under Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act and other applicable laws and regulations.
