Frasers Centrepoint Trust Completes Divestment Of Changi City Point For S$338 Million

Nov 5, 2023 – Frasers Centrepoint Trust has completed the divestment of Changi City Point for S$338 million. The manager said it intends to use the net proceeds from the Divestment of approximately S$329.7 million to repay certain debts.
