Nov 7, 2023 – Fraser Hospitality Trust (FHT)’s second-half net property income rose 19.5% year-on-year to S$45.3 million, according to a company statement. Continued recovery in global tourism and the growing events and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) segments in various cities saw FHT’s gross revenue increase by 17.8% year-on-year to S$61 million.
It will be paying a distribution of S$1.1777 for the second-half, up 26.4% from a year ago. Its full-year pay out will be S42.4426, up 49.3% from a year ago levels.
