First REIT 9-Months Net Property Income Up 40% on Contribution From Acquisition

Nov 12, 2022 – First REIT reported higher nine-month to end September rental and net property income. The manager reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 0.66 Singapore cents for the three months ended 30 September 2022 and 1.98 Singapore cents for 9M 2022. The payment date for Q3 2022 DPU will be on December 23, 2022.
