ESR-REIT Issues New Units For Its Distribution Reinvestment Plan
September 17, 2020 – ESR Funds Management Limited, as manager of ESR-REIT, announced that 6,686,982 new units in ESR-REIT will be issued at an issue price of S$0.4018 per Unit pursuant to the ESR-REIT Distribution Reinvestment Plan in respect of the distribution of 0.662 cents per Unit for the period from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020.
The aforementioned new Units will commence trading on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at 9.00 a.m. today.
The new Units will, upon issue and listing, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Units in issue. Following the issue of the new Units, the total number of Units in issue is 3,543,157,293.
