Eagles Hospitality Trust Responds To SGX Queries
June 3, 2020 – Embattled Eagle Hospitality Trust issued a statement regarding its response to Singapore Stock Exchange’s queries about the formation of a Special Committee and the appointment of FTI to assist in its restructuring.
In March, the trust announced that its managers were delaying the distribution to stapled security holders, after having received a notice of default and acceleration on a syndicated loan of which US$341 million (S$495.5 million) have been borrowed.
