Colliers Appoints New Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services for Singapore
July 2, 2021 – Colliers announced that Donald Goh has been appointed as Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services | Singapore, effective immediately.
Based in Singapore and reporting into Steven Tan, Executive Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services | Singapore, Goh will focus on growing Colliers’ Investment Services business pertaining to non-institutional clients.
Tan commented: “The residential market has been performing very well for the past few months. Collective sales are gaining traction this year, as the remaining unsold inventory has fallen below 24,000 units, which was the trigger point for the en-bloc cycle back in 2017. Additionally, the increasing number of bidders in recent GLS tenders signals that the developers are looking for development sites. With his excellent track record and strong relationships, Donald will be instrumental in seizing these opportunities to grow our market share in the industry and will continue to invest in relationships to deliver enduring value to our clients.”
Goh has 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked for both real estate investors and global real estate consultancies, and has a strong track record in Industrial, shophouses and Collective Sales.
