Capitaland Mall Trust Issues 160,881 Units As Payment Of Management Fee
CapitaLand Mall Trust Management Limited, as manager of CapitaLand Mall Trust, wishes to announce that 160,881 units in CMT have been issued today at an issue price of S$2.6265 per Unit to Premier Healthcare Services International Pte Ltd , an entity nominated by the Company to receive the 160,881 Units in its place.
The abovementioned Units have been issued as payment of the 50.0% base component of the management fee for the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019 (both dates inclusive), in relation to CMTís 40.0% interest in RCS Trust, which owns Raffles City Singapore. The remaining 50.0% of the base component of the management fee will be paid in the form of cash.
