CapitaLand Malaysia Trust Distributable Income Up 124% for FY 2022
Jan 23. 2023 – CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (CMRM), the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Trust (CLMT), announced a distributable income of RM87.5 million for the year ended Dec 31, 2022 (FY 2022), up 124.1% from the RM39.0 million for FY 2021.
Distribution per unit (DPU) for Q4 2022 was 1.05 sen, bringing the full year DPU for FY 2022 to 4.01 sen, according to a statement.
